"My wife or I have owned and sold many homes but neither one of us has ever worked with a realtor who was as good as Jane Howard is. In a word, she was PHENOMINAL.Jane did a supurb job preparing our home for its eventual sale. The photography, brochures, internet marketing, open houses, etc were all done in an outstanding manner.Her astute judgement of market conditions were crucial to the offer/counter-offer process, and enabled us to get a fair price at the end of a seamless process.Jane always went the extra mile. Her customer service could be easily used by all realtors when training new associaites. It was totally outstanding.Jane is the best: Period, end of story. "Jane is an unusual Real Estate Agent in that she listens to the buyer. So many agents think they know what the buyer wants but suggest homes that are either too big, too small or too much money. Jane takes time to research opportunities in desired areas and also researches what is going on nearby that may effect resale later on. She is always ready to go to se homes for sale and that makes the search easier for the buyer. She is full of information about subdivisions and thinks ahead when it comes to making an offer. I consider her to have sound judgment and she would much rather have a happy, satisfied buyer than a bigger commission check. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so."
